TERMS AND CONDITIONS- FULL CIRCLE BOUTIQUE WARRAGUL

We can not take responsibility for lost or stolen items. We will do our best to prevent this from occurring however in the event items are stolen or misplaced we can not compensate for the missing item. Ensure you take this into account when picking which items to sell. 

It is important that your rack is only filled with the allocated number of items at a time. Whilst topping up your rack during your rental period is allowed, overfilling is not. Overfilling your rack can not only cause damage to our racks but make it hard for customers to look through your items. We have the right to remove any extra items on your rack. 

Our rental fees and inclusions are:

Extra Small Rack: 

$30 per week + 12.5% commission includes 12 items of clothing and 2 accessories 

Minimum hire period is 2 weeks (10 days open).

Small Rack:

$65 per week + 12.5% commission includes 35 items of clothing and 3 accessories 

Minimum hire period is 2 weeks (10 days open).

Medium Rack:

$99 per week + 12.5% commission includes 65 items of clothing and 5 accessories

Minimum hire period is 2 weeks (10 days open).

Large Rack:

$140 per week + 12.5% commission includes 100 items of clothing and 8 accessories 

Minimum hire 2 weeks (10 days open).

Please note there is a minimum two week hire period on all size racks, of which we will be open 10 days. No commission will be taken if your total sales amount is less than $100.

All items must be tagged with a barcode which is done through the ‘product pricing’ section in your Zellr account. Ensure your description of each item includes the brand, size and your rack number. Then print the barcodes and attach to the items, ensuring these are attached securely as we can not sell items without a tag/barcode.  We recommend printing or sticking barcodes onto thick cardboard and attaching with a safety pin. Alternatively, after you have described and priced your items on Zellr you can collect a pack of swing tags, clothing strings and we can print your barcodes for you to attach securely, for a small fee (depending on your rack size). Once an item is priced and on your rack, in order to change the price a new barcode must be generated. Towards the end of your hire period you may place a sale percentage on your whole rack, please notify us and we can do this for you. 

Items may accidently be put back on other racks, it is your responsibility to check other racks for any of your items upon collection of unsold items. We will however, do our best to avoid this from happening. Please also check our lost property and untagged items basket to ensure you collect all of your unsold items at the end of your rental. If your items are placed on another rack this does not mean they can't be sold, all sales will still be assigned to your account provided the barcode is still attached. 

Rack set ups can be done in the first hour of your first day of rental period or anytime throughout the day however earlier the better as it's a day's rental that you have paid for. 

Rack collection at the end of your hire must have commenced in the last hour of opening hours on the last day of your hire period. We are able to pack up your rack for you if given a days notice, we charge a $20 fee to do so which will be taken out of your total sales. If your rack is not collected by the end of your rental period, we will charge a $20 fee from your total sales and after two weeks if not collected and no prior arrangement has been made, these items will become the property of Full Circle Boutique. If some of your items are missed upon collection we will notify you and store these for two weeks, if these items are sold after your rental period ends and you have already been paid your profits these sales will be recorded in your Zellr account as an inactive sale, it is your responsibility to contact us for these profits. 

We take no responsibility if your items become damaged due to fire damage, water damage, burglary or any situations that are out of our control. 

We provide all coat hangers for your items and can provide security tags if needed, which must be left on your rack and in store at the end of your hire period. It is prohibited to attach any other shelves, hooks or additional measures to your stall. Whilst our focus is clothing, accessories may also be sold, including but not limited to shoes, bags, belts, scarves, hats, baby blankets, etc. If you are unsure if you can sell an item in our shop, feel free to ask. Prohibited items include but are not limited to adult entertainment, intimates, weapons and offensive text clothing items. We reserve the right to remove any prohibited items from your rack.

Full payment for a rack hire must be made when booking the rack through our online payment system. If you do not wish to pay online, you can book and pay instore instead. We need a minimum of one week's notice for cancellations or postponing your booking to a future date. If less than one week's notice is given no refund will be issued. You will be paid profits from your sales within 7 business days of your rental period finishing. It is your responsibility to provide correct bank details, no responsibility will be taken if incorrect details are provided to us.

There are no returns or exchanges on any items. Even faulty or damaged items can not be refunded or exchanged, it is your responsibility to determine the quality of the item at the time of purchase. 

We will not take a commission of your sales if your total sales are less than $100, you can refer to our price guide on how to price your items for the best chance at having a successful rack. 

When agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are agreeing for your racks and items to be photographed and advertised on social media. 

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at anytime.
